From the annals of intuitive living..

Bless my friend who asks me on a regular basis how my intuitive living is going.. Poor soul is haunted by the same office existence that I once was shackled to.. These photos are dedicated to her, taken at the world's best pumpkin carving contest.. My entry won a ribbon.. First place for 'Adult Scene'.. ?

That was intended to be a serious piece.. Laughing not allowed! :-)
Believe it or not, of the 100+ entries, mine was probably one of the more conservative ones..

Tamar: Nice pumpkins and very creative. What did you do with the seeds?

kevin~ thanks! Well, I was in a hurry, so I just had it all recycled.. Normally I would have roasted them, but I've been snacking on this bag of shelled roasted pumpkin seeds for the past few weeks, so I'm a little spoiled.. What would you have done with them?

I can't help but think about the Christmas gift of that Ken doll dressed up in the hasidic get up as Jacob with the donuts!!! How creative was that? I still have that you know!

This entry was great! First prize, huh? I bet there were the typical carvings and scary faces...

The office shackles. Ugh. How are you doing these days without the pods? You were there for so long! We gotta catch up. Maybe coffee at the cafe in monroe?

Let me know....they have some great lattes there. I'm here already! :D

Tamar: I probably would have done the same thing you did with the pumpkin seeds. I remember roasting the pumpkin seeds when I was a kid and really enjoyed them (actually it was mostly the salt we put on them).

deblet!!~ Cafe in Monroe? Dunkin Donuts? I'll meet you there maƱana, just call me with the details! Aww, you still have the Rav Jacob doll? I must have a thing for dolls.. What's wrong with me Deb? Is there hope?? Do I miss the pod??? Like I miss carbon monoxide inhaling.. Easy on the lattes!!

kevin~ salt you say? Yes, us runners like our salt, don't we? I was going to drink some gatorade after a hard tempo run today, then I realized that there's so much salt in my diet, I probably don't ever need to take a sodium enhancing drink again.. I drank some anyway, just to be safe.. Are you still a salt-aholic?

see, I read your blog too... ;-)

Tamar: Good that you went ahead and had the Gatorade. The salt in Gatorade isn't going to hurt you. I generally don't use salt in my diet and haven't been drinking much gatorade lately.

Did you ever make it to the Cafe in Monroe or Dunkin' Donuts? Barb and I went to the relatively new Panera Bread on Saturday. I can drink flavored coffee but I don't drink Latte's.

No, the cafe near the bus stop. Right around the corner. I go there a lot and it has WiFi, so I can bring my laptop and write. Hey, I moved. Call me so I can tell you where and I want you to come to my little holiday party.
